Wednesday 24th June
Date: 23rd Jun 2020 @ 3:49pm
Morning, all!
Can you believe it's Wednesday already? Where is the time going? I hope you are all safe and well and that you're enjoying the tasks I set for you on Monday. If you need a reminder of those tasks, check Monday's blog for the list. Remember, as well as those 10 things, I would like you to keep up with daily reading and times tables. You've also got the classroom secrets home learning booklet, too. Big shout out to Beau who has been working hard to complete items from the list!
Don't forget that this week is also National Sports Week. On Monday, I posted a link to Sports4Kids YouTube channel and the different sports you would be challenged to each day. Keep up with these challenges- it's great fun to challenge yourself! A big well done to Maizie for completing the challenges with her mum and Deacon.
Today, BBC Bitesize have got some great lessons to offer you:
Maths: Calculate the area of parallelograms
English: National Writing Day challenge
Have a go at the National Writing Day challenge- we are going to be completing it in school today, too. It's going to be a fun, but tricky one! Let me know how you get on.
Hopefully, today, the weather is going to be even nicer than yesterday. Why not do your sporting challenge or daily reading outside? Soak up some sun while you learn. Don't forget your sun cream and hat!
That's all for now. I will speak to you all again tomorrow. Keep working hard!
