Tuesday 7th July

Date: 6th Jul 2020 @ 3:19pm

Morning, everyone!

I hope you are all well. Yesterday, the weather started to take a turn for the better, so hopefully, it will stay that way for a while!

At school, we worked on some writing based on a video from the Literacy Shed. I have posted the link to it below. It is called 'one for all'. I have attached some photographs of some of the writing we did based around this video. Some of us chose to advertise, some chose to write a biography, others wanted to persuade. Have a look at our writing and be inspired. Why not have a go at writing about the video yourself?

How are you getting on with carer activities? I hope it is helping to open your eyes and make you see just how important the role of a carer really is. I would love to see what you're getting up to. Don't forget to email our school address and any work will be passed along to me.

Shout outs today are going to Beau and Maizie. Beau has produced a lovely, thoughtful poem all about being a carer. Well done, Beau- it's great! Maizie has also been hard at work researching Charles Darwin. You can see both pieces of work at the bottom of the blog. yes

Please try to keep reading every day and don't forget to keep up with those times tables- some of us in school are a little rusty and need practise!

I will speak to you all again tomorrow,
