Here are some activities for you to try. We hope you have fun!

                    Can you play a turn taking or sharing game with your grown-ups?

                      Can you talk about a time you felt really proud of yourself?

Adults: Can you help your child to reflect on past or recent achievement? They may have learned something new recently or finally mastered something they’ve been working on e.g. zipping up their coat, putting on their shoes, cutting up their food, swimming achievements, starting a new football group etc.

We’d love to know which game you played and what made you feel proud.
