Morning, Year 6! It's Friiiiiday! cheeky

Just a quick blog to check in with you all today. Hopefully you have read yesterday's post and have started to think about your NHS competition entry. I can't wait to see the finished entries and show them off on the website!

Now, don't forget BBC Bitesize host daily lessons for each year group. Today's lessons look really fun!

Maths- today's maths lesson is a maths challenge. I know a few of you who will be eager to have a go at this. We've got some brilliant mathematicians in our class.

Literacy- today's lesson in literacy looks really interesting. It's a reading lesson called the mystery of the London Eye. It sounds very intriguing. Why not give it a go?

Music - the music lesson looks brilliant, too! It's called duration, tempo and Beethoven. If you fancy being musical, give this lesson a try.

On another note, I have set up a class blog for us to use on Purple Mash. When you log in to Purple Mash, click on the sharing tab and select shared blogs. There should be a blog called Year 6 Home Learning Blog. I have put a post on the blog to get us started. Please feel free to get in touch! Luckily, our computing lessons before we finished school were all about blogging, so I know you're all experts at it! Remember, I have to approve your posts before they are published on the blog, so be kind.

I'll leave you to your work for now. Speak to you again on Monday (I am in school next week, so if any of you are in, I will see you then!)

Stay safe
