'The Great British Bread Off!'

Class: Year 6 Year: 2016 - 17

As part of our new DT topic, we have been learning about how bread is made and some of the children had a go at baking their own bread (with a little help from Mrs Ryan!)

The children followed a recipe and weighed and measured their ingredients before mixing them together and kneading the dough. The results were very pleasing with some children choosing to make bread rolls whilst others made plaited loaves. Next week 'The Great British Bread Off' will continue as another group will have a go at baking...
