Bread Tasting!

Class: Year 6 Year: 2016 - 17
To finish our food technology topic on 'Bread', the children took part in some product analysis evaluating a range of breads based on their textures, tastes and appearances. The breads that were tasted were: pitta bread, bagels, croissants, baguettes, pan au chocolates and ciabattas. The children did a superb job of comparing and contrasting the various breads and thought it was a great way to spend a rainy Tuesday morning! Overall, the children decided that pan au chocolate was their favourite bread (which Mrs Ryan agreed with J).
