World Book Day 2017

On 2nd March 2017, we celebrated World Book Day at St Mary's.

In Year 3, we came to school dressed in our pyjamas, with our favourite teddy bear and story. We shared our favourite stories with Miss Barnes and each other. 

In the afternoon, we took part in some really exciting World Book Day activities such as:

• Wordsearches
• Creating our very own story character
• Designing a comic strip
• Making story cubes out of nets
• Completing book reviews

We really enjoyed these activities and while completing them, we talked about our favourite books, characters and storylines. All in the comfort of our pyjamas!
