Quadkids 2019
On Tuesday (in the rain
) a group of KS2 children represented St Mary’s in the Quadkids competition with 14 other schools. This involves all the children completing 4 different athletic events. A 600m long distance, a long jump, a vortex throw and a 75m sprint. All the children were exceptional and they all gave a hundred percent effort even in the rain. We are unsure of where we placed due to such bad weather conditions, but we should find out by next week.
Thank you to all the parents who helped with lifts to and from the venue.
Well done to the whole team. St Mary’s and Mrs Cotterill are very proud of you!
