Year 6 Home Learning 2020 - 2021

Mrs Naylor

Home Learning - Wednesday 21st October

Hello to those of you who are learning from home today. I hope you are safe and well. We are looking forward to welcoming you back into school, but in the meantime, here is some work to keep your brain active. Please try to complete the daily tasks set, as we will not be covering these concepts in school when you return, so it is very important that you keep up. If you need any help, please leave a comment for me on School Spider and I will provide support whenever possible.

Keep smiling!

Mrs Naylor

PE - On a Wednesday morning, you would usually be taking part in PE with Sports 4 Kids. Try to get some exercise in; it will help to wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead.

Arithmetic - Have a go at the arithmetic test I have given you. If you struggle with anything, let me know on School Spider.

Science - Looking at drugs and their effects on our bodies. Your activity is to choose a drug from the ones provided, cut out the strips of paper that relate to that drug and stick them around the human body to indicate which body part is affected and how. Once completed, there is an extra activity for you to complete.
