Check out some of the work Year 5 has completed this week!

Our writing lessons this week consisted of us learning all about persuasive adverts- including planning and writing our own to persuade people to visit the Wonderful World of Oz!

Here are a few examples:

 

The children really enjoyed using imperative verbs, rhetorical questions, amazing adjectives, alliteration, hyperbole, special offers, slogans, subheadings and bullet points and much more, to build their awesome adverts!
