SATs Over and Out!

Well the Y6 children survived the week and the SATs are now well and truly behind them. We are immensely proud of you all children. You came into school well prepared and with a positive attitude. You persevered - even when the questions challenged you. Now put the tests behind you -  be proud of yourself - you have worked very hard to 'Be The Best You Can Be' and no-one could have asked any more of you.

The Y6 children had a well deserved party this afternoon to celebrate the end of SAT week. They had a great time and even the wet weather didn't dampen their spirits. The children spent the afternoon dancing, eating, drinking and making pyramids by standing on mine, Mrs Hrabowenskyj's and Mrs Hankin's backs. If we can't walk on Monday children it's your fault! Mrs Hrabowenskyji is not as young as she likes to think she is! 

Year 3 came along as special guests and they too had a great time.

Many thanks to all of the Y6 parents for sending in the party food and drink. It was greatly appreciated.
