Good morning Reception smiley

How are you feeling today? I hope you are all happy and well!

Special Sound of The Day

Are you excited to see Rosie and Fred this morning? I wonder what sound you are going to learn today? https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7fbLgY2oA_cFCIg9GdxtQ/videos

The sun is shining again today, why don't you go out into your garden and play some phonics games?

Maths

Did you play the spider and dice game yesterday? Who, out of your family was the first to draw a spider? I bet you had so much fun!

Today, you will need to use your eyes and look closely at the spiders! Some of them have lost some legs, oh dear!

Fresh Air

The weather is so lovely today, make sure you spend lots of time outside. Enjoy this beautiful sunshine!

Today, while you are outside, why don't you invite your family to play a game of hide and seek? Spiders hide all around the garden, can you hide like a spider?

Dont forget to count to  20 if you are the seeker. You could count backwards from 20 too. If you are feeling really brainy today, you could count higher than 20. Are you up to the challenge Reception?

Music

I know a spider called Lucas. Have you met Lucas before? Watch this video of Lucas, he makes up his own song. He is a very clever spider! Can you make up a song too? Can you perform your song for your family? You could even write the words to your song, on some special paper. Give it a go smiley

Sing and Sign

There are still lots and lots of colourful rainbow drawings around, to brighten everybody's day. Can you sing and sign a rainbow song today?

See if you can remember the sign for each colour.

Have a lovely day Reception, I will write to you all tomorrow.

Take care heart
