How are you feeling this morning? Did you remember to listen to the birds singing?
The weather is beautiful again today, make sure you enjoy lots of time outside. Remember to keep safe and put your sun cream on before you go outside.

VE Day
Did you find out about VE Day yesterday? Are any of you going to have a celebration picnic tomorrow?

Why don't you bake a cake or a sweet treat with your grown up for a picnic tomorrow. How many ingredients will you need to make it? Can you write a shopping list of ingredients, or can you write a recipe?
Can you help your grown up to measure out the ingredients? How will measure them?
Can you decorate your cake, once it is baked? Do you need to draw a design first?
Are you going to share your cake? How many people do you need to share it with? How can you share your cake? What will you need to do?
