Morning Year 3 - and another sunny day to look forward to.
Did you manage to complete any of the daily lessons on Bitesize daily? I hope you did. Today's lessons are all ready for you to have a go at. Two of the lessons are revision activities for you, whilst the Science lesson covers a new topic.
Here is a suggested timetable for your day.
9.00 - 9.30 Get active - wake up your brains to start off your day. You can work out with Joe or take part in a dance class.
9.30 - 10.30 English - The focus of today's Bitesize lesson is adjectives. Watch the clips and have a go at the tasks. If you have time, have a look on Education City for any other activities or games on adjectives.
10.30 - 11.00 Break and snack time
11.00 - 12.00 Maths - The focus of today's Bitesize lesson is Comparing 3 digit numbers. You did this in autumn and should find the activity a great way to test if you can still remember the things that you were taught. Again, if you want to continue with your learning log on to Education City and complete any activities and games on reading, writing, comparing and ordering 3 digit numbers.
12.00 - 1.30 Lunch time. Enjoy some time in the fresh air.
1.30 - 2.30 Science. The focus of today's lesson is Light and Dark. You would have covered this knowledge next half term in school, so don't worry if this knowledge is new to you. In this lesson you will learn that light comes from different sources and that we need light to see. You will also find out a little about shadows and what the words transparent and opaque mean. As the sun is shining, it is a great day to go out and explore shadows.
2.30 - 3.00 Start your diary entry that has been set as a 2do on Purple Mash. Let me know when it is ready for me to read by leaving me a little message like - 'all done Miss'. You have until next Monday to complete the task
3.00 - Chill out and relax after a hard day's work or try to beat my time on Rock Stars
