At the beginning of Oliver's Vegetables, Oliver only likes to eat chips. Do you think this is a healthy diet? Talk to your grown up about why this isn't a healthy diet. What sort of things do you need to eat and drink to have healthy diet? What other ways can you keep your body healthy?

Can you find out about fruits that only grow in other countries? You could look in books, on the internet or talk to a grown up to find out. Can you write down some fruity facts that you discover?

 

Crafty Idea
