Health and Wellbeing Week - Monday

Our health week started off with a letter from Captain Redbeard asking us to help his pirates. He said they were SO unhealthy and couldn't even climb the rigging or scrub the deck!
Monday
We wanted to show the pirates how to keep healthy by doing lots of exercise so we went to join in with some sports with the Fit4all coaches. It was good fun but VERY tiring!
We then completed some pirate training (ready for sports day). We practised different pirate missions like firing the cannons, walking the plank and climbing the rigging.
We also walked our 'mile' for the day (or as far as our little feet could go!)
